This programme offers a challenging opportunity for those individuals who wish to pursue a career in management in the hotel, restaurant, and general services industry. This dynamic programme provides a future-orientated and industry-focused curriculum. This degree programme offers the student a major in the final year of the programme enabling the student to specialise in one of the following areas: Food and Beverage Management, Front Office and Accommodation Management or Conference and Event Management (subject to demand and availability).
Students may be required to attend classes at locations across the Institute.
