Combining my passion for innovation in brewing & distilling with a strong commercial focus, I have recently forged a collaborative alliance between DIT and key stakeholders within the drinks industry. Specifically, we aim to explore how world-class research and teaching in the Department of Food Science and Environmental Health can be applied in an industry-focused manner for the benefit of the category as a whole.
