The Greenway Hub is a state-of-the-art facility for research and innovation that has been developed on the new DIT campus at Grangegorman. Located on a raised site, the building overlooks the landscaped campus grounds, including the tree-lined Green Way Avenue, and offers beautiful views right across Dublin City.

The Greenway Hub is an exceptional five-story building, which is now home to the Environmental, Sustainability and Health Institute (ESHI); and to DIT Hothouse, which offers New Frontiers programmes for entrepreneurs and business incubation units for new business start-ups. Funding for its construction was provided through the Programme for Research in Third Level Institutions (PRTLI) and Enterprise Ireland, matched by DIT.

The first new building on the Grangegorman campus, the Greenway Hub is purposely located in the centre of campus so that innovation and research are at the heart of academic and student activity.

While the laboratory and incubation spaces are specific to their purposes, the building also includes seminar rooms and meeting rooms which can be available to colleagues and students based on the campus.
