Note: A number of existing policies and procedures are effected by the changes in the Haddington Road Agreement & the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2013. HR are currently reviewing those policies and modifying them in a systematic way. In the interim, the terms of Circular Letter 30/2013; the Haddington Road Agreement; and the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2013 will govern. 

Please note that existing HR policies and practices will continue to operate at local level, pending the development of new TU Dublin HR policies and practices, unless otherwise advised.
