Niall Neligan

Background

Niall is a graduate of NUI Maynooth and the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, UCD. He subsequently studied law at the Honorable Society of Kings Inns and was called to the Irish Bar in 1999. His research interests include: Criminal Law, European and International Criminal Law, Evidence, Employment Law, Competition Law, Aviation and Commercial Law. Niall lectures in Criminal Law and Employment Law on the Postgraduate Diploma in Law; and on the BA (Ord) in Law. He has previously lectured at the National College of Ireland and the Dublin School of Law and tutored at the Honorable Society of Kings Inns
