Bobby Kerr – Dragons Den Judge and CEO of Insomnia

Bobby Kerr is CEO of Insomnia Coffee where he has led the expansion of Insomnia from 17 to 50 shops and increased turnover from €5 million to €13 million. Bobby has had a long and interesting career in the hotel and catering industry and is a graduate of Catering Management at DIT Cathal Brugha Street.

He has worked in a variety of catering roles with Jury's Hotels, Campbell Catering and later as Managing Director of Bewleys where he oversaw 30 cafes and a bakery with a turnover of €40 million.  He has also travelled the world, working as a chef on Oil Rigs in the North Sea and in Canada where he co-ordinated the catering for 1 million people at the Pope's visit, back in 1985.
