DIT Engineering Week 2012

DIT EngSoc are hosting a week full of events and activities to promote and celebrate Engineering. They will be based in DIT Bolton Street and DIT Kevin Street.

Monday 27th February

  • Design and Build Meeting (lunch provided) - Rm 117 Bolton Street
  • Movie night with refreshments provided - Room 281, Bolton Street, 6-9pm

Tuesday 28th February

  • Street Collection for Enable Ireland, Grafton Street, 8-10am
  • Kevin O' Toole and Guests, Room 281, Bolton Street, 1pm
  • John Tierney Enable Ireland Seminar, Room 281, Bolton Street, 6pm

Wednesday 29th February

  • WAVES open day, Kevin Street
  • 'Engineering the City' by Michael Philips, Central Library, Ilac Centre, 1pm
  • Lego Night, Room 281, Bolton Street, 6-8pm
  • Bodkins afterwards

Thursday 1st March

  • "Engineering Your Career" Seminar hosted by Engineers Ireland, Refreshments provided, 6pm Rm 281
  • School students being introduced to Bolton Street, 11am-1pm
  • Closing Party, Bodkins for refreshments then DTwo where where DIT Engineering Society have great offers in store for you.
