DIT hosts demonstration of Chinese cuisine

As part of the celebrations marking the 75th Anniversary of DIT Cathal Brugha Street, the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology is hosting an expert demonstration of Chinese cuisine and fruit carvery.

The demonstration has been organised in association with the Taipei Representative Office in Ireland.

The demonstration by Professor Yi-Chun Lee and Mr. Kuo-Chih Wen will take place in the Kathleen O’Sullivan Theatre, DIT Cathal Brugha Street, on Tuesday 31 May 2016, from 3pm to 5pm, and is open to the public.
