New Programmes in DIT on CAO for 2016

DIT is looking forward to welcoming all our new students on campus in September.

To those of you about to start exams, we wish you every success and to those of you making your final CAO choices we hope you find the programme that will give you the most satisfaction.  Frank Costello, Head of Admissions in DIT advises,“Choosing to come to college is a big step but the possibilities that it opens up are fantastic.  Choose with your heart as well as your head!” 

DIT has a number of new programmes this year that you might want to consider – they are:

Level 7/6

•          DT219 – Ophthalmic Dispensing

•          DT404 – Food Sales and Culinary Practice

Level 8

•          DT035 – Electrical Services and Energy Management (formerly Advanced Entry to year 4 but now Ab Initio/Year 1)

•          DT206 – Biomedical and Molecular Diagnostics

•          DT255 – Information Systems / Information Technology (must have Leaving Certificate at least 3 years prior)

•          DT302 – Business Analytics

•          DT405 – Culinary Science

•          DT508 – Games Design
