Developing all learners: Big data in higher education

Posted: 30 April, 2019

18-21 June 2019, TU Dublin, Grangegorman

The Dublin eLearning Summer School is now in its 17th year and since 2003 has provided a forum for those interested in the impact of all things digital on higher education to meet and engage with contemporary issues. Generously supported by the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning as part of the #Daltai project, the theme of this year’s Summer School is “Developing all learners: Big Data in Higher Education“.

Through a combination of keynotes and interactive workshops, we will explore a range of topics including: developing policy and strategy for using learning analytics to support student success, measuring your digital footprint, artificial intelligence in higher education and using learning analytics to enhance assessment and feedback processes.

  • Who should attend? Anyone working in, or involved in, higher education in Ireland. (Note you should be able to commit to attending all four days of the event.)
  • Booking: Registration now open here.
  • Programme: Draft programme is available here.
