TABHAIR FAOI! Writing Workshop for Beginners le Réaltán Ní Leannáin, Saturday 11th May, 12-2p.m Would you like to try your hand at creative writing? A writing workshop for beginners in verse / prose / script or whatever form you would like will take place on Saturday 11th May in TU Dublin Aungier St from 12-2p.m facilitated by Réaltán Ní Leannáin. Creativity and fun are guaranteed and the workshop will be facilitated in Irish but you are also welcome to create a piece in English.

The workshop will take place in TU Dublin, Aungier St. campus and everyone is welcome to attend and try their hand at creative writing as Gaeilge!
The acclaimed author Réaltán Ní Leannáin will facilitate the workshop. Réaltán was born in Belfast and has long since settled in Dublin. She has taught at second level and lectured in Trinity College Dublin, Dublin City University and Queen's University Belfast. She has published a collection of poetry, Turas Ailse (2011), and a companion blog http://turasailse.blogspot.ie/, as well as her lauded short story collection, Dílis (2015) and has a new novel coming out this year based in Malta and Belfast in the years following the First World War, Cití na gCártaí.
If you’ve never attempted to write a creative piece before and you’re interested in learning, this workshop may be the inspiration that you need! The workshop is free of charge and open to all TU Dublin students, staff and the public to attend. RSVP: firstname.lastname@example.org / 01 4027043
