Horizon 2020

The Horizon 2020 support office provides support to TU Dublin researchers who are interested in applying for European funding.

Horizon 2020 is the largest EU Research and Innovation programme to date with nearly €80 billion of funding allocated over 7 years (2014 to 2020). It is now entering into its final phase while planning for the next funding programme is starting already. TU Dublin researchers are leading and collaborating on European funded projects across the programme and have built up expertise in the management of large projects and preparation of successful proposals.

The H2020 support office has built up a repository of key documents, tools and expertise over the lifetime of the programme and can provide researchers at each stage of their career with advice and support throughout the planning process. Information on European funding calls, events and partnership opportunities from a wide variety of sources is collected in the office and key information is selected and disseminated widely.
