Phoenix-Centre.jpg

The Phoenix Centre was built on the site of the old St. Brendan’s Hospital. This state of the art HSE mental health facility replaces the old psychiatric hospital that incidentally admitted its first patient on 28 February 1814, 199 years ago to the date the new centre opened.

Following the Adaptive Re-use of some of the older buildings on site which commenced in 2012 DIT (now TUDublin) was delighted to welcome our first 1000 students to study at the North House in 2014
