DM Book Pro takes business to the next level with innovation vouchers

A Virtual Hotel Assistant

Dmbook Pro is a revolutionary cloud based Smart Handover for hotels. Dmbook Pro helps hotels gain total control over their operations by providing an easy, flexible app to communicate, organise and manage the constant flow of information.

What was the challenge?

The main objective is to identify the potential of data through data exploitation to be used in predictions/recommendations. DM Book Pro are availing of the Enterprise Ireland Innovation Vouchers scheme to the value of €5,000 with DIT Hothouse to perform an analysis of consumer data.

Imagine a full-time assistant......who would efficiently track anything happening in your hotel, from complaints, maintenance tasks, events, lost & found items to the morning checklist....who would work 24/7 to make sure nothing was missed.

Dmbook Pro started in 2013 with Bruno Lanvin, a Front Office Manager with over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, and Rémi Lanvin, an experienced software engineer specialized in web-based technologies and services. The pair have been hard it the past few years and 2017 has been a particularly good time in terms of traction for the business. DM Book Pro availed of supports from Enterprise Ireland including the innovation vouchers scheme and DIT Hothouse this year in order to take their business to the next level.

Throughout the past year DM Book Pro have been supported by DIT Hothouse through an Entrepreneurial Development programme entitled New Frontiers and availed of the Innovation Vouchers scheme to the value of €5,000. They have also taken office space and moved into their new home in the new DIT Hothouse Startup Incubator in the Greenway Hub. They are currently developing the company’s next plans with supports from the DIT Hothouse team.

“We have been fortunate with the supports offered by DIT Hothouse and it has certainly helped take our business to the next level. We look forward to continuing and the relationship with the team and look forward to the next phase of development.”

Bruno Lanvin, CEO of DM Book Pro.
